Over all I like the ladder. There are 3 things I don't like. 1. The instructions are more about safety than about how to use the ladder, how it functions. 2. After extending it up, the ladder sways in a little from it's own weight. 3. The weight of the ladder is more than I expected. The Good things I like about it are, 1. It is compact in size. 2. The set up time is fast. 3. The operation is easy. 4. The design is Ingenious. 5. It doesn't take much space to store. Over all, It is perfect for most jobs on my camper and RV. Great Product.

The ladder is well made but doesn't collapse small enough for my use. I wanted to carry in my motor home and the collapsed length does not allow it. The releases for steps are cumbersome to use.

This type of ladder is good for occasional use. It bends slightly when leaning against wall, so it's not as sturdy as a fiberglass extension ladder, but it's similar to aluminum extension ladders that have flex. It's super light and compact. Very handy when you occasionally need a ladder that reaches high.

This thing is the greatest thing ever invented... I love it. It’s nice and portable. I like that it’s lightweight. It’s heavy duty. And easy to store. I would recommend this to anyone that uses a step ladder.

This ladder blew my mind in the best way possible. For how tall it extends, it is light, easy to extend and easy to compress. It feels very sturdy eve in its most extended form. Do not go cheap with collapsible ladders. The price is worth the quality and ease of use!!! Hands down my most favorite ladder.
