The instructions are very vague, be prepared to approach this like a puzzle. I thought a couple of pieces were missing, but found out that pieces like number seven are also piece number 6, so don't freak out if the instructions tell you that you need a certain number and it's not there...there's probably 2 of another identical number somewhere in there. What I would recommend is making sure that you know the future steps before you put in the black connector pieces...because you would have an impossible to extremely hard time getting them back out. One of my biggest issues with putting this greenhouse together were that the black connector pieces did not always fit in the slots provided by the aluminum..the black pieces were too big. So I ended up taking a saw like knife from my kitchen and shaving down some of the sides of the more problematic pieces. The black plastic connectors are durable, but also easy to shave down if you need to. You WILL need a hammer to get those connector's in..there's no way around it..unless you are the super human. I was concerned that I would break the black connector pieces, but no matter how hard I hammered they stayed strong. Please review the instructions and jump a few steps ahead to make sure you put them in right..I can't stress enough how hard these things would be to remove if you put them in backwards etc. The top polycarbonate piece is not really fitted at the top triangle, you will probably have to trim a bit of the polycarbonate to get it to fit in. The same with the back panel top center piece...I will also note that they made the back polycarbonate piece a little small and there is about a cm of gap on the upper side. Once you get done with the first front panel I have to say the rest of it just makes sense. First you're looking at the instructions and going insane trying to figure it out, but once you do the rest is cake. The other issue I saw with this greenhouse is that the top vent does not set in the space provided for it..it sorta just sets on top..this will make for loss of heat in the winter and rain will get in...so I am building a small square to just set in under it for the winter months. Lets skip ahead to the finished product. I LOVE it!!! All of the stress and hair pulling out trying to get those connectors in and figure out the cryptic instructions is worth it! This is a VERY durable greenhouse!! The few problems I mentioned before are small and can be worked around with very little effort. For the price you just can't complain. I had looked extensively at buying the HF greenhouse {pricewise it's a little cheaper than this one}, but let me tell you why I prefer this one. First..the closing door, it's magnificent...it doesn't jam and it doesn't leave huge gaps for warm air to get out. I had the door put together and on its' hinges withing a few minutes..easy peasy and I love it. I did take a pair of pliers and loosen up the latch part so the slider went in it easier, but other than that the door is GREAT. I also liked that the polycarbonate panels actually slide in with the aluminum instead of being clipped in like the HF models...I read a LOT of reviews that people were having trouble with their panels flying out on windy days...you are NOT going to have that problem with this greenhouse..except maybe the vent, but otherwise the walls and roof are solid in place. I feel like it would take a microburst or tornado to tare this greenhouse apart. As for the instructions..I read that the HF instructions were also vague..so I guess that's just a greenhouse thing. Also, this greenhouse has a base, the HF one does not so you will have to build one if you go with HF. My final thoughts...I LOVE this greenhouse!!! The possibilities are endless and I know this greenhouse will not fall apart at the first high winds. Well worth the money.Read full review

This unit was inexpensive. That being said I directed some challenges. What I didn't expect was that the challenge would be the manual. First all of the pieces came in 2 boxes, roughly 30 - 50 lbs each. Not to heavy, it is aluminum and plastic after all. Most of the pieces are numbered, some aren't. You'll want to sort by size and shape. The instructions though are dismal. You have a page for the frame and one for the windows. They label the numbers for each but do not tell you what facing each piece should have which can cause some problems in assembly. The box says it takes 2 people 1.5-2 hours to assemble. It took my wife and I 6 hours, mostly because we had to disassemble it twice. A side note, there are certainly some gaps and overages on the pieces sizes that becomes apparent when you put in the plastic panels. Be prepared to trim. As for sturdiness, we've faced 30 mph gusts with no issue so far. That said I bought some 1.5 ft ground anchors from the hardware store and fastened them in to the frame. A man can lift this easily by himself, anchor it down. I'm giving this 3 stars. The build is medium complexity. The cost is inexpensive The sturdiness is a bit better than I expected being so light. I would recommend this to someone as a starter green house or on a budget. Be prepared for a long day.Read full review

Assembled with minor difficulty. Instructions are poorly written, however with a bit of time reading them thru a few times they made more sense. With that said, the unit is well designed and constructed. I assembled it in about 3 hours by myself. We have been using the greenhouse for about 1 month now and have had no issues with it. It has actually helped a few of our more temperature sensative plants thrive. It loves the humid and warm environment the greenhouse provides. I purchased a cable tie down kit from Lowes and put a ground tie down in each corner and fastened the cables to the greenhouse. We now have no worries of any winds blowing it over from storms.

Unite arrived quickly, instructions not to bad ! I assembled the GH. Alone in 1 hour & 46 minutes, frame is 6061 aluminum modified box tubing. Placed on 2x12" frame. Cons door latch does not line up, seen this in research photos on web. Vent barely covers openning, vent Hing is rubber 1/3 leanth of vent will replace piano Hing. Weather gaurd for better seal. Added extra sheet metal screws in plastic covers won't pull apart, and other spots. Definitely recommend over harbor freight GH. Junck!! This GH. As good as palram cheeper models paid $ 328.99 delivered 90 percent happy may buy 1 more...
