I am on my 3rd bottle of these supplements and love them. I began having a drop in milk supply around my 3rd month, and these were recommended by my lactation consultant specifically because they have the goats rue, which is important for those of us with PCOS that have little to no breast growth during pregnancy. I will say, it took almost an entire bottle before I started to notice a difference (about 1 month). Now that it's in my system, I notice within hours of taking them that my supply increases. No side effects also, which is a HUGE plus. Definitely recommend!! I will continue using until I stop BFing.
