Pretty much what everyone has said. For the price, this is pretty good. This bench is good for a smaller frame ( Im 5'3")..because if your frame were larger, your hips would be wider, and it would feel like your holding your legs closely together when using ( because the foam rollers are on a narrow bar- all sets of foam rollers being the same length). Easy to put together- casually took me a couple hours- all hardware was in a plastic wrapped, labelled 1 piece, All needed pieces were there, including grease. The front leg+ arm workouts are really smooth pretty decent swing( from floor to ceiling positions)..the back bend leg curls leave something to be desired: the knee fits, as the picture of that woman shows, right above the foam rollers nearest to the seat, which is a bit tall for then having your ankles wiggle under the second set of rollers..it fell like your over flexing the calves- not the best thing for when your ready to release on your set, but this issue can be easily resolved just buying a larger, thicker rubber stopper for the bar ( on the other side of the weights), so that the whole mechanism doesn't go back down as far ( into its original position). Also with the back bend leg curls, the foam rollers( at least for me) creeps up the leg as I bent my legs( like from the ankles into the lower calf, and then back into the ankles as I lower). Maybe I'm not doing them right, but based my positioning on the image of that lady in the pics. Also, I might not have secured the smaller foam seat all that well, but I have noticed it doesn't feel all that strong. I plan on taking a look again at it- because even if I have to modify this machine slightly, the frame feels really strong and seems like it could be modified ( adding extra nuts and bolts, making a stronger foam seat). For the price, it really is worth it..for a home gym with modest use..I cant say how this would hold up for hours a day, 7 days a week. or with additional weight exceeding the limit of 300lbs ( 300, correct?) Also, this seller is professional- communication A+ and delivered if a flash! I would recommend this to anyone that wants this sort of machine with limited space- its not bulky.Read full review

For the price, its ok. Its very flimsy and awkward to use. The leg curl pads are up too high and it actually digs into my upper thigh when using (a little painful). The arm support adjusts, but not by much. I am 5'3" and its still too high at the lowest setting. But, it has a decent bench, and the leg extension part is pretty good. If this unit was more than $130, I would have returned.

Love this bench . It does what i need. Perfect for my size . Im 5'2, 124 lbs . I do hamstring curls and leg extensions . I love fact that it is an adjustable bench for incline work outs . The preacher curls are great but my arms are too short, so i just use the pad and an easy curl bar .no big deal .. for a bigger man 6 ft and up it be too small .. my brother is 5'8 ,195 he loves it though . We use it just about everyday. Easy to build , took me 45 min by myself .

The bench seems well built. I am 5, 8” so I find the bench a little high at 21.25 “ measured to the top of the foam pad in the flat position. Also the adjustable back does not go to the vertical position so the slots for incline support could have been spaced differently to provide the vertical position option. The bench is good value for the price but could use some improvements. In design.that should not raise the cost.

I own a Powertec system and wanted an extra bench to move around and change positions. This bench is solid. Easy to adjust for incline and decline. The only negative for me so far is the rubber caps that go on the ends of the legs. They fall off when moving it but I just glued them on.
