Finally a true 10’ x 10’ replacement canopy. This fits perfectly, without ANY issues. The top is a bit bigger than what’s currently on the gazebo so I took it off and left the old one on. Looks fine with the color contrast. This is gonna be my go to seller if the need arises in the future. Thank you Aplus!!!

I recommend this if you need a new cover for your pop-up but read on first! Last time I replaced with the OEM cover, it had a reflective and rain coating that failed, was thin and bagged water, very expensive for poor quality. I find this cover well built, has extra built in velcro straps to secure, grommets for weep holes so it should not bag water, all told a good replacement. Of note, the valance is about 4" shorter than the original (12") so some frame does show, take that into consideration
