I use this shovel every winter. When the kids break it (LOL) I buy a new one. It is seemingly perfectly balanced just right for lifting leverage. Other "bent handle shovels" have caused my to gripe up a storm! You couldn't lift right with them! This one is my absolute favorite. I own about 4 of them. Also useful as a pusher...but by far....it is my choice as a lifter to MOVE THAT SNOW onto the tall piles where it needs to go. Has a metal scraper blade that helps get down to through the packed down snow. My last word on the subject....if you need to move snow, you will want this shovel in your hands.
