this unit is nice and light, and has enough power to mow down even long grass. it's light land easy to push going over my bumpy law. It's not noisy or smelly like a gas mower. It has plenty of power for my yard. The motor amperage is just right. Anything below 10 amp will bog down. It cuts the lawn nice and low. When i adjust the ht to it's lowest setting for a shorter cut it still has enough power. Very good buy.

Product works very well, as with all lawnmowers make sure your grass is dry or at least two days of sun light. If not, wet grass will build up and can cause the motor to burn out. But the power this mower has is strong enough to chop thru large patches of tall grass as well as standard length. I would recommend this to anyone interested in getting a personal lawnmower without the hassle of gas.

Used gas power mower for 43 years. Very surprised at this 13 amp 18 inch electric model. Is non-air polluter, very light weight, takes up very small storage space, starts instantly even in freezing weather, no gas no oil no spark plug to deal with, and gets the job done as well as any gas powered mower.

Product is lightweight but has enough power for a 1200sf lawn. Except for the tires, all components seem to be well built. In comparison to my old Black and Decker, this product is a lot quieter and runs higher RPM's on the same AMPs. Not the best in the market but for the price is a GREAT value. I would buy it again.
