I am writing this from the perspective of a mobile DJ, who does gigs downtown and ... I am writing this from the perspective of a mobile DJ, who does gigs downtown and also has own side business. This microphone meets all my needs for what I am using it for, mainly MC'ing myself during my sets Pro's - Case is nice, transportable and keeps the microphone safe - Build quality is good, metal casing, nice switch, XLR connections are smooth and sturdy, no reason why the microphone should not last a few years and can withstand a good drop - Cost, for 19 dollars and some change this is a keeper Cons' - Only thing that I can dis on this microphone about is the cable they include with the microphone is of not the best quality, it works. Don't get me wrong but the feeling is not tour grade speaker wire, plus the physical housing protecting the xlr connectors are made of plastic not metal. It works for small time productions like for me, but if traveling around I'd carry a back up microphone wire
