I vacuumed one small carpet and it got up so much hair!!!!! I am very impressed with this vacume. I hope it stays working, unlike other vacuums I've purchased in the past. Overall I would rate this product a "C". It's a tad heavy for senior people (I am over 70) and when it first arrives it has several components you have to put together. Once you have it together, it's okay. This machine is fair in its design and use.

Vacuum works great. I was a little concerned about the suction at first but that was my fault because I didn't realize it has adjustable suction. I had also thought the same on the turbo pet cleaner then again my fault. The vacuum and pet cleaner work great. Get up as much as my Oreck if not more and is no heavier. I like the swivel head and and the ease of empting the dirt container. I did have an issue with removing the canister. My husband showed me that you have to press down first then pull the canister out with a little thug. Putting it back on is not as hard. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes simple.

So easy to use. Bought it for my double-amputee friend and it's so light and manuverable that he used it from his wheelchair.
