This is a great product for an amazing price! You cannot beat the easy assembly and the sturdiness of the ab wheel. I needed something I could use that wouldn't take up space and was easily portable this product gave me both! Great product and works well. Don't over do it the first time or two you use it because it for sure works and will stretch and tone the muscles. In both the abdomen, the arms, chest and shoulders.
