This is my second one exactly as the first. (My first one had a tree fall on it) I pulled it from the box put gas and oil int it and it cranked right up. I have run a number of tanks of gas through it and just like my last one it runs excellent. It is powerful enough to cut through anything it gets its teeth into. Great saw!

Saw does not idle well. When it dies its hard to get back started. It does cut well when it is running and has enough power for what i need. I would recommend spending the money on a better brand saw

I was needing to cut some trees down and did not know if this saw would be up to the task. I thought it did a pretty good job and it did not wear you out trying to start it. It really started to perform well when I went to got a new chain for the saw. A good chain, then it did a really did a great job. Very happy with this saw.

THE LAST TWO REDESIGNS ARE HARDER TO START. THE PULL STARTERS, THAT IS, SEEM TO BIND OCCASIONALLY AND DO NOT PULL SMOOTHLY. FOR THAT, THOUGH, THE ENGINES, EVEN THE SMALLER ONES, HAVE MORE POWER AND RUN COOLER.
