Quality is very good. Plenty of of power for cutting green grass and edging lawn. I replaced a gas powered Shindaiwa T242 weed eater with the EGO because it was leaking gas and it was noisy (moved from country to beach city). The EGO was recommended to me by my brother who has an acre of land in Alabama where it rains all the time and weeds grow fast. He has been using his for a couple of years with no problems and loves it.

Im very happy with this EGO cordless trimmer. The bayyery lasted an hour with full power. I was trimming very overgrown areas. I'm sure the battery will last even longer with normal growth to trim. I am 64 and a very small framed woman. It was pretty easy for me to handle. I believe a made a great choice in trimmers.

Had I known the power that this trimmer has I would have bought it long ago. I have grown weary of gas trimmers that won't start. It has battery power to do my yard, which is rather large, plus plenty if power left to trim (6) 70 foot rows in the garden.
