I kind of knew when they put that device might not be in retail packaging. But the phone was a return. The screen and body have no marks. But there are a few deep scratches on the back plate. And it pop's off with out trying. Also the phone wasn't reset to factory. All that was done was account was signed out. So I had to do a factory reset out of the box. And the box wasn't even closed. The wall adapter Is a cheap USB adapter not factory equipment. And fairly Sure the cord isn't as well. I have a sim card adapter coming in the mail. Once that comes I will know if the phone fully work's. But Beside the back plate. That can be replaced. (And will be) The speakers sound good. And the screen seem's fine The finger print scanner has worked ok for me. The phone showed up two days before it was meant to. So fast shipping. So in closing. I'm keeping the phone for now In fear of what it might be replaced with. Unless the network side don't work. But as long as everything els work's out. It's a decent price. Not sure if it's worth 200 bucks missing the wall adapter and charge cord. Would have gave five starts if the back didn't have deep scratches.Read full review

The One Max itself is an awesome phone. It has a great camera, crisp display and amazing speakers. I purchased this Verizon phone in hopes of using it with a T-Mobile sim. I am unable to get mms or do group messaging through the default messenger. It is also not compatible with the T-mobile 4g lte network. I'm usually stuck on 3g, HSPA, or Edge. In case you are one of the computer savvy people who likes to root and add custom roms, it is nearly impossible to do with this one. Verizon has the bootloader locked and there is no app on the market that can unlock it which makes rooting nearly IMPOSSIBLE!! This phone will not receive the 5.1 Lollipop update so you will be stuck on Android 4.4. forever since it cannot be rooted. Other than all those issues I love the phone itself.

There is not anything like it, anymore. With a 5.9" screen and a 3300mah and a port for an external SD card, I had to come back to this one. When I had to use my insurance because the camera quit working after 3 years, Asurion wanted to exchange it for a Samsung Note 5 (smaller screen, smaller battery, and no SD card). I would rather buy this used than give up the 3 features I cared about the most. Hopefully this one will last me another 3 years then I can just see what is in the market then.

Features HTC One Max * Touch It provides an excellent touch-screen feature. * Very good, a long-lasting battery. * Quality in the materials used in manufacturing. Disadvantages: The camera is not good is less camera mobile phone, even though it gives the image size 13 megapixel lens, but failed to show interference images. Footprint in the back in a place not suitable for use. Get the signal power of the carrier is not good. Capture power Wi-Fi signal is not good. Phone size is too large. The response is not good on the phone, despite a good processor and 2 GB RAM. Back cover affected by anything. Battery can not be replaced easily and must open all the screws in the background. Technical and substantive support is not good at HTC. Lack of spare parts and also parts prices high compared to other companies such as Apple and Samsung. The best in the manufacturing companies in terms of quality. Sony HTC Apple Samsung. Features all of these companies offer abortive features. There is nothing new in 2010 Features are the same.Read full review
