I purchased this as a gift for my Mother in law for Christmas this year. I have not spent much time using this camera, but I did look at all of its features and show her how to use it. I thought it was a great deal for the cost of the product. Also, she said she likes the fact that it uses AA batteries so she doesn't have to mess with charging it, when the batteries she she can simply replace them I stead of missing picture opportunities while waiting for it to charge.
I know everything is getting smaller, but I thought the camera was bigger. It is close to the size of a cell phone, but not a major problem since it was for my father. He loves it and thinks its perfect. He likes taking pictures of wildlife and scenery. He is enjoying it greatly. From that, I know it is a good camera. I got it for a good price, new not refurbished. The picture quality and features are superior for the price. The 16 megapixels really give a sharp vivid color picture. The video at 720p is not too shabby either. I have never owned a Nikon, so it is a first and we love it!
I knew I'd like it and I do! I needed a camera that could focus on very small objects. It's compact, easy to hold and focus. It's a lightweight camera, easy to understand settngs. I haven't found anything to dislike so far.
Don't seem to care if it gets here or not
