This is one of the handiest and complete juicing books I have come across. Not only for juicing recipes, but deals with the fruits and vegetables for vitamin, mineral content and also what to juice for specific diseases. The books paperback size is great for carrying along anywhere you go

Purchased the juicer and found this book on Ebay. This book is a WEALTH of information for beginners. He lets you know what the foods do For you, and how to mix them together for taste. Being that it's a paperback, it's hard to keep open on the counter when reading recipes, but would still recommend this to everyone. Even if you are not juicing, the content itself is very detailed if you want to learn to eat better for better health.

This book has great descriptions of each fruit & vegetable, what vitamins, minerals or attributes they have, and how to juice each, ie, whether to peel or leave whole, plus it has hundreds of great recipies!! It really encouraged me to use my juicer to get the full benefits from my fruit, etc. as a result, I am making healthier choices overall with my diet! Bravo to Jay The Juiceman!!
I had all sorts of health issues when I decided to start juicing. My health issues and aches and pains started to subside when I read this book and tried some of the great recipes. The beet-carrot-apple juice is wonderful and I believe has helped a lot of my fibromyalga symptoms. For optimal health I shall jucie daily! I believe Jay Kordich is living testimony for the power of juicing and I am so happy to have finally come across a way to obtain my daily nutrition.
