Once we sharpened our edges with adjusting the frequencies and getting an understanding of how the device worked, we were in business. The temperature notification is an absolute blast to work with too and is extremely sensitive. So I prefer to reset it in each room we work in and then just wait, keeping it away from everyone else so that we can minimize any pollution. Received unit and it looks used, missing manual and EVP prep sheet, plastic and box looks dog eared and ragged. Makes me wonder if something was bad with the actual unit. But it seems to be working and I have an investigation coming up and I don't have enough time to send it back and get a new one. . . so I guess I'm stuck. Hope it works!

Is wonderful, I get results everytime. Temp gage is useful, all I have to do is point it in the same spot and the thing lights up like a xmas tree. The same spirit will enter and leave over and over again in each session. It doesn't talk too good but I can make out some words.
