The seller provided photos of the exact device that was shipped to me. The chassis was marked up badly and had a lot of scratches and dents, but all were disclosed prior to shipment. I received a deep discount on the device cost. The shipping was speedy. However, the device did not boot, and was DOA. However, the vendor promised to reimburse the payment. Though disappointing, it was always a gamble. I’d definitely deal with the vendor again.

Arrived damaged. Otherwise visual condition was very good. Seller was responsive to address the issue to my satisfaction. The packing of items shipped from this seller is so-so. Items tend to be put in the box with one layer of bubble-wrap under the item, sometimes none at all, and several layers on top. Shipping was quick, but through UPS, which is a bad carrier known for carelessness, damaging / losing parcels. I do recommend this seller, but caution to thoroughly inspect all items.

    While trying to get this product try to focus on what are you needing it for. If it’s for CME like it was my case make sure it has the correct IOS that will support it. Sometime this product come without DSP which are chips needed for Analog phone. Make sure that you have enough space for memory as well for flash. Most of the time it won’t come with CUE, just check under Cisco website and makes sure you
