In order to have good prices, shipments are standard instead of tracking shipments, I understand that that is where the delay in arrival comes from. Item was described as brand new, but the copy I first received was clearly used - missing the cardboard sleeve and plastic wrap, discs were scratched and dusty. Perhaps a customer return their warehouse had not checked properly. The case was also damaged as it was not protected properly for intl shipping. However, the customer service was very friendly and understanding and they sent a replacement copy in perfect unopened condition, without any quibbles or delay. Therefore thanks and 5 stars!
