Dave Ramsey's down-to-earth, relentlessly practical, and well-balanced approach to handling personal finance is by far the best I've ever run across, and is in fact the one that has worked best for me and my family. After attending Financial Peace University with my wife in 2002, I went on to facilitate FPU classes at our church and others for many years, and continue to champion this method to anyone who will listen. I've never owned a leadership kit, myself, though, and so finally bought this one so I can have all this material available at home any time I need it.
