May or may not be the sellers fault, but the grinders are pure junk. I bought 2 and the variable speed control just does not work. I am going to have to wire around the speed control and just install an on/off switch. While the collet does seem to run true, they are extremely tight and do not release as they should. The red $38.95 grinders on ebay may not quite have as much power as these do, but they are way better. You will be disappointed. They did arrive on time and seller did well on that.
