So the seller sold me a used item. In the initial description it said new /other. I should have seen the/other. This is my fault. I'm not blaming anybody else. However, the seller did not mention this product does not work until the bottom of the second massive paragraph in the description. This was very sneaky and dishonest. If you're selling a used item, it should be listed as used. It should not be listed as new /other.
