Sent me a broken light and refused to do anything about it, basically said it was my problem. Probably arrived broken due to poor packaging, being that it was relatively fragile electronics wrapped in thin plastic, no box for protection. The worst transaction I've had on ebay yet, just buy one of those lights new, this used "discount" is a trap. I ordered a working light, not a half working light. They also shipped a week late and only after I messaged them about it.

These damages were by the delivery company and we have had them tear up other fixtures. We refunded you your money in full and if this was a trap, then why would we offer to do this? We sent you some good lights in good faith, the delivery companies have a reputation of being rough with all packages and I'm sorry that someone else damaged your fixtures. We did not want this for you nor me. I have began to purchase additional insurance and packaging materials because this has happened before.

I’ll start off by saying that the light does work. Go description of the used unit could’ve been a little bit more descriptive, The light that I received had three diode‘s they had burn marks around them and discoloration. If I would’ve known this I would not have purchased the light. But it does work. It showed up wrapped up in plastic and bubble wrap and every corner of the unit was bent. The seller was quite quick to answer my questions. But like I said the description fell short.
