    Great addition to the toolbox!

    I've already used this jig more than I used my homemade one during my entire life. This thing is so easy to use and it makes a professional looking job,,, bottom line. If you've done shelf pins without one then you can appreciate this unit. My only tip is to use it with a clamp it comes out much cleaner.

    Slick and Quick

    With all the time at home these days I finally got around to adding shelves to the inside of an entertainment center I had built. I wanted to make the shelves adjustable and this did the trick quite well. Simple and fast to say the least. I like the fact that it has a locating pin for after you drill your first set of holes. Just put the pin in the last hole you drilled and slide the bottom hole of the jig over it and start drilling again keeping the exact same distance between all holes and in perfect alignment. The included bit was nice, sharp and held its edge throughout while drilling nice clean flat bottom holes.

    Gave me the option to also do 1/4" pins.

    I already had a 5mm pin jig kit and wanted to be able to do 1/4" when I needed to. I could have just bought a 1/4" drill bit, but they are pricey. Buying this kit gave me the 1/4" bit plus an extra jig that I can add to the first to cut my setup time in half if I am doing a long series of pin holes.
