It came well packed, not damaged and exactly what was in the photo. It only took a week or so and tracking was accurate and helpful. After initial set up, I noticed a small part on the carriage lock was cracked, not visible until trying to run the machine.  I promptly contacted the seller. He requested some pictures and he sent me the replacement part free of charge and quickly. I will buy from the seller again and highly recommend both the machine and the seller.
