I picked this item up at the seller's warehouse. Employees were very helpful and assisted with loading. The warehouse appeared well kept, clean, and orderly.
The lift cart/table was as described in the ad, Minor scratches and small dents on the table. I did have to repair a wheel brake lever as it was bent into and rubbing on the wheel. No big deal for me.

The seller communicated effectively. Shipping fee of $555 is quite a lot given that we're only half hr away. The shipping delivered the forklift on a palette, and to get it off the palette was very challenging, took us 8 people and 3 hours of effort. Could be delivered in a better way. The item itself is in good condition. I've still yet to use to see how it performs.

Lift came in with damaged fuse holder and trucking company had battery on the side that spilled out the battery fluid. Seller communicated fast every time and send replacement part and new battery quickly. Great Seller!
