I picked this item up at the seller's warehouse. Employees were very helpful and assisted with loading. The warehouse appeared well kept, clean, and orderly. The lift cart/table was as described in the ad, Minor scratches and small dents on the table. I did have to repair a wheel brake lever as it was bent into and rubbing on the wheel. No big deal for me. I would recommend them as a supplier.AAAAAA

The seller communicated effectively. Shipping fee of $555 is quite a lot given that we're only half hr away. The shipping delivered the forklift on a palette, and to get it off the palette was very challenging, took us 8 people and 3 hours of effort. Could be delivered in a better way. The item itself is in good condition. I've still yet to use to see how it performs.
