The only thing this seller has going for it is quick shipping/reasonable cost. I rarely need to leave negative feedback but after no responses to three messages over two weeks I have no choice. Item does not function. The home screen loads and then goes straight to a blue screen with blue vertical lines. Factory reset does not work. Item was not damaged in shipping. I am very familiar with these frames. I would stay clear of this seller. Disappointing experience w/ item & communications.

you asked to cancel the order after you received it. That's just not possible. You have to go through the proper eBay ways to return product and receive a refund. You did none of that.
