Boots arrived the wrong size. Seller even verified beforehand the measurements we wanted but they were not those same measurements. Inquired with seller to fix and seller refuses stating the measurement provided was wrong and to refer to the measuring chart. Seller offers custom sized boots but has not responded to recent message and seems to refuse to assist. Great quality boots but the wrong size. Purchased another pair of boots (same measurements) from the same seller and they fit perfectly.
