I had bought two items from the seller and requested a combined shipping invoice. They did not respond and after several emails, I went ahead and paid but put a message on the payment to please ship together and refund shipping overage charged. They did not respond to my request and shipped the items separately. They never communicated or offered a shipping refund.
They shipped the item in brown paper packaging with tissue inside. Items were WET when arrived.

I never received an email. I looked again and there was no email or text from you. Usually, if you order two items together, two items appear to one person at the same time. But this one didn't look like that and there were no requirements. It's much more advantageous and comfortable for me to send two items at once. If you sent me an email or text, please take a picture of it and send it to me. I can't find the text or email you sent me no matter how hard I look.

Seller said they never received requests for combined shipping invoice thru ebay or the message to the seller that was sent with the payment. These are automated by ebay and they buyer doesn't get a copy of those.
In the end, the seller DID provide the product they listed and they did arrive promptly.
