Had to return shoes. Box said size 13. Size on tongue of shoe said size 12.5. Innocent mistake. Shoes didn’t fit. Seller paid for return shipping and gave me a full refund. Unfortunately, that was the last pair of shoes in stock, so Seller couldn’t swap for the right size. Otherwise, Seller was very responsive, helpful and reasonable.

Packaging could've been better/more stout (received in a plastic wrap rather than a cardboard container), but the shoes themselves were undamaged, which is the main thing. Overall, I'm very pleased with the transaction; found my size in new condition for a very competitive price. Would use seller again if necessary.
