The vinyl was not properly packaged so some bends occurred and one of the most important part of this limited edition vinyl was that the signature certificate was put in the shipment so I never got it....so the fact that item was pricy....I don't get vinyl properly shipped and signature certificate was not provided

We made a simple mistake and forgot to send the signature certificate, which was promptly mailed out after realizing our error. The package was shipped in a sturdy vinyl holder with 2 square cardboard pieces on both sides of the vinyl. We already reached out to the buyer and feel a neutral rating is more suitable given everything was taken care of.
