Purchased a “Cartier” bracelet only to have Cartier verify it is NOT authentic. Seller stated they are upset since they purchased this bracelet from a “trusted” seller. Not ok. Especially when you are collecting thousands of dollars from buyers. As a seller you are 100% responsible for what you sell. Period—no excuses.

Unfair feedback !! The buyer bought a bracelet and only after two and half months decided to return it, having worn it, although we accept back expensive items within two weeks.They needed a reason!! We checked the bracelet in New York, in the store it is antique and 100 percent authentic, unfortunately we could not remove the feedback since more time had passed 2 months.Very bad experience by such a buyer!
