Unfortunately there was a mistake made with the postal address so the parcel was not delivered to me, and when I checked with the seller about it I didn't hear back for two weeks. On following up again, the seller was very responsive, followed up with Australia Post, and kindly offered a partial refund as well as refunding the postage cost. Friendly and polite communication.
