As a seller, you couldnt ask for more, shipping was as fast as Amazon and everything was packaged individually with the cords tied, wrapped in bubble wrap, and then in paper. This pump, controller, and power block were cleaned as if they were new and work like they were as well. The product itself is faulty and I should have known based on previous experience and internet reviews - DVDs pause or skip…some don’t even play at all.
