The clarity is horrible. Contacted seller and was told it might be the connection. They connected, just like all devices, that's not the issue. These are horrible! Went and bought the same exact one from Best Buy and they are amazing. No wonder these are only $66. HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PS....these shipped from China.

It did not pair with the device that I was to use it with and when I initiated a return, no return label was sent to me and was told to buy a returning label from the shipping carrier. When I went to the shipping carrier, I found out that the cost of the shipping label was almost the price that I bought the item and so I had to close the return and bore the loss. It was really unfortunate. I was very disappointed.
