The shower gel nozzle cap was not securely fastened. Some shower gel liquid discharged in the packaging envelope, and the nozzle cap does not stay secured on the shower gel container. You should've sold the Instinct at a much cheaper price if this was a problem. Now I have to store it stand up the opposite way. Disappointed in why there was no mention about the nozzle cap not being secured and tightly fastened.
