Seller was deceptive regarding my questioning about the item. I asked him the question twice as it was hard to discern In the pic and he only told me to look at the pictures each time. I took a chance and as it turned out the item is missing a part. I will have to figure out a fix. Not cool to be evasive when selling an item is all I have to say. The paperwork, pairmysole, in the box had nothing to do w my item purchased. Feel bad leaving a neg review but shady is not a good attribute on EBAY

If you looked back at the listing, you will see that I updated the information regarding your question. I edited the listed to say that the strap was only on one side after your inquiry. The papers included in the package was just to cushion the chair from damage, I did not sent you any paperwork pertaining to the chair. I had to stuff things in the box to prevent damage and keep the chair in place. I did not try to deceive you in any way. I checked after you asked and updated the listing.
