Dress had yellow spots on collar, not mentioned in description. There was no confirmation that I will get a full refund if I return, as I paid for customs and shipping more than $45. The seller did not want to clarify with eBay. Offered $20 for dry cleaning but here in Switzerland it would be $60 for a cocktail dress embellished. Very very disappointed, I really tried to fix this but there was no real intent from the seller side to solve the problem
