Seller filled order quickly and I received my Hokas in only 5 days. Shoes were as advertised and pictured. They are preowned but barely worn-looking. They are beautiful but unfortunately way too big for me. But that is on Hoka, whose shoes are notoriously not true to size. I will be returning them so someone else can have and enjoy them. I actually had no communication with the seller.
