The seller is trying to convince me that I was sent a brand new concealer in tan shade but it was sent in a light/medium box, which doesn’t even make sense. If it’s new, the box would say tan. I also have proof that the seller sent me the incorrect shade seen in pictures below. I wanted the tan shade not the neutral medium which is what I was sent. I just want my money back and the seller can have back their concealer. I freelance for IT Cosmetics & aware of the shade differences.
