Bought it messaged the seller and everything was good 3 or 4 days later they canceled my order with no communication it just said it was cancelled cause it was either broke or they ran out well how did it take 3-4 days to figure that out so I had to wait for my payment to be put back on my card that took 3-5 days I was not happy at all that I had to wait even longer because of this sellers mistake I didn’t get no direct contact or anything I wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.
