I have a terrible sweet tooth and read that this herb would help. I had been so overboard on empty carbohydrates and couldn't seem to stop myself indulging! In my independent studies prior to locating this product, I read that taking Gymnema Sylvestre would change the way Sugar tastes and you wouldn't crave it anymore. That is exactly what happened!
