This seller violates eBay policy by listing the items as Used when they need to be listed as Parts Only in most categories. I was shipped a box of junk. Nothing of value was functional. They told me to email them with a spreadsheet of all issues, sku numbers, and photo documentation of all affected pieces. If the same happens to you, get in touch with eBay, you're most likely covered under eBay Policy. They had to accept a full return.
