The bag came jammed in a bag folded and taped tightly. Was warped and would not change shape. They at first advised me to put it in the sun or blow dry it to reshape it. For the price it should be shipped better. Did end up giving me a refund. Bad did not change shape at all while I waited to process return. Also had a strong gas smell.

I told the buyer that my supplier is the one who packaged and shipped the item and I was not aware they did that (have not had any others with this issue) - I reached out to supplier myself and about how it was packaged and I did refund the buyer. I only offered advice about the warped shape for kindness since I felt bad about what happened, but still intended on refunding customer. The bag was delivered on 4-17-24 and shipped for return on 4-19-24.
