My necklace arrived broken. I understand it's a cheap little necklace but I thought it would be a little bit better quality since it's sterling silver. I bought it to put my mom's heart thumbprint on she just passed away on January 9th. They gave me a heart locket with her thumbprint on it. And seconds after I put the locket on the chain the chain fell apart it arrived crooked and broken but I put it back together but it still fell apart. also the chain is knotted and I cannot get the knot out.
