Effectivement la carte était probablement pliée, sauf qu’après l’avoir insérée dans une poche plastique inadaptée ,cela a amplifié la destruction de la photo . Bref je maintient mon avis
40 € pour une carte abîmée c’est pas professionnel du tout..
