This Barska rifle scope is part of the Colorado series and is fog proof and shock proof as well. At 1,000 yards, the field of view measures 37.35 feet with this Barska rifle scope. The Barska CO11342 also employs fiber optic technology to increase the precision and accuracy of a shot, even when in motion. The waterproof rifle scope contains a 40 mm objective lens with 9x magnification for enhanced accuracy. Moreover, the device offers a length of 12 inches and a weight of 13 oz. Right of the bat laser bore said the windage was set from the factory with in a click ! Elevation was so simple with the 15.00 laser bore sighter it was set in a matter of minutes ! If you want a great scope get this one If you want to save your self money time and understand your new scope , also invest in a $ 15.00 laser bore sighter . And lastly I put this on a rugged 50 cal. muzzle gun , mounted myself , you will need mounting base's scope rings ( I used over and under to see the iron sights ) and besure to use thread locking compound . Good luck hunting

purchased this scope for my Savage 64 fxp .22lr to make a fun plinker. the scope is amazing for the price! though the savage uses the dovetail mount,, this scope was a little big. i spent a couple hours doing research and measuring different sizes to be sure i would get it right the first time. Sure enough i found the perfect mount! sniper AG 25H410 (for those with same set up) the scope performed great! only thing i dont like about it really are the dust caps. the bungee that holds them together are twice as long as they should be :P as for other scopes ive used its been a great comparison but i did not purchase the other nor know of there value. def recommend for any rifle, as long as it has a correct mount

Quickly got a tight grouping with my first use of this scope on a 22 mag rife. Have another Barska 3-9x50 on a 30.06 for the past 4 years and am very pleased with it. In my opinion you cannot beat it for the price.
