Pyle box speaker
This review is made relative to the price vs quality method. If you are rating this to a $1000 subwoofer that will wake up the neighborhood you will probably be disappointed. My need was for something somewhat weather resistant with a decent sound that can be cranked up to hear over the rattling loose parts of a off road Jeep and these do well for that. I mounted these on the roll bar . Sound quality is good for a speaker this size, value is good, install however you mount them is easy. I've used these types of speakers since the 70's on projects where I didn't want to make permanant modification to the vehicle and these perform as well or better.This review is made relative to the price vs quality method. The speakers strive to meet the specs but cannot reproduce the allotted spectrum fully faithfully at peak watts for long periods of time or totally damaged if not incrementally damaged each 5 minute length of time if used with median market avr.good choice for (replacement)small bedroom/patio/balcony system but not felt bass.

threaded mounting inserts come loose
The treaded inserts used to mount these speakers came loose upon first attaching them to the bracket with the mounting knob. Poor quality contstructions :(
