Really helps, well worth the money!
Really helps with maintaining electrolyte balance when you're working hard out in the hot FL sun in the yard. Slightly salty taste if you don't get it down quickly, but it's worth it. I usually only have to take 1, not the 6 they recommend on the bottle. It helps keep me energized without all the sugar and junk in "electrolyte" drinks. I've been using it for years and I highly recommend it. If the pills get moisture from the air, they kindof puff up and the coating gets flaky, but they still work fine, you're just more likely to taste it before swallowing it. Great product but won't but on line again
I have a problem after I get in from a day of labor intensive work, I tend to have severe cramps. I'm 57yrs old. I've tried to drink extra water, eat bananas ect. I found eating 1 or 2 spoonfuls of mustard does work!! But who likes to do that. These really do work for me, I take a couple while working and afterwards and drink lots of water. I highly recommend them. But with this last bottle I bought on eBay something wasn't right, it's not expired, but they look real old. Like the last few from my other bottle, they got crusty, like water or moisture got to them. They don't have a nice hard dry shell like a fresh new tab or pill should have. It's not out of date, it was sealed, had the packets of silica in the bottle. Can't explain it, was a great deal, think I saved about $15 but next ... I can not begin to say enough good things about this product. My wife & I both take this mineral. You take three in the early morning and three midday. For me it gives me the energy I need to do my job well. I am a mail carrier. My wife has had night sweats for years. She would go to bed cold and wake up hot and suffocating. And she went through menopause 10 years ago. Her night sweats have stopped and she is able to rest at night and sleep well. Her energy is also improved. We are both in our 60’s. Wish we had started taking this in our 40’s. This product works.I can not begin to say enough good things about this product. My wife & I both take this mineral. Great for preventing or getting rid of leg cramps
It is the only product that has consistently worked to eliminate my leg cramps and I've tried every remedy on and off the books. I don't take it every day but if I feel the need then a couple of days of 6 tablets a day gets the job done.
