I ordered this carrier to install on a 1991 Ford Crown Victoria. It is well-made, but heavy. About 87 lbs on the hitch. With the chair, the back of the car is tilted back; the front is high. I have ordered air shocks to compensate. Research convinced me that there was not an aluminum rack sufficiently robust to handle the weight, especially in the general price range of about 130.00. The rack bolt on the middle back drags at certain kinds of dips in driveways, etc. It should probably be installed upside down (nut and lockwasher up). However, even this will not entirely correct the drag problem at times - hence the air shocks on the vehicle.

Assembly instructions alittle incomplete took about 1/2 a hour to assemble. Rides low on a minivan but a lot easy than loading a scooter in and out of the back ramp can be setup for driver side or passenger unloading is a nice carrier for the price

I bought this to transport a snowblower. I have not used it yet. Assembly was easy. Rack is good quality. It will work fine when I need to go plow out another driveway.

Lost or missing piece was immediately sent. Very kind and quick in replacing the missing part. For a senior citizen it is a little hard to handle but it works fine .
